Welcome to Kaireo. By using kaireo.ca, you agree to these terms. A more detailed policy will follow as the platform grows. In the meantime, here is what you need to know.
What Kaireo does
Kaireo is a discovery platform for Christian events in Montréal. We help people find events by gathering them in one place. We do not organize events, sell tickets, or handle registrations on behalf of organizers. Every event you find on Kaireo is run by an independent organizer such as a church, ministry, or community group.
Using the platform
You agree to use Kaireo lawfully and respectfully. You will not misuse the site, scrape it without permission, post misleading content, or interfere with how it works for other people.
Event listings and organizer content
Some events are submitted by their organizers. Others are curated by Kaireo from public sources, with attribution to the hosting organization. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including dates, locations, prices, and event content. Kaireo reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or contrary to our community guidelines.
By submitting an event, organizers grant Kaireo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, translate, and promote the event on kaireo.ca and on our social channels.
Attending events
Kaireo is not the organizer of the events listed here. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, safety, or cancellation of third-party events. For questions about a specific event, contact the organizer directly.
Payments and ticketing
Kaireo does not currently process payments or sell tickets. When ticketing becomes available, transactions will be handled by Stripe, any platform fees will be disclosed clearly before purchase, and these terms will be updated to reflect how payouts and refunds work.
Intellectual property
The Kaireo name, logo, and design are owned by Kaireo. Event content belongs to its organizers. You are welcome to share links to kaireo.ca freely.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The new version will be posted here and the date above will be updated. Continued use of Kaireo after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
